3. Project Agreements

All projects require a signed contract detailing scope, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. Changes to the original scope may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins. Remaining payments are scheduled according to project milestones as outlined in your contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Elite Spaces remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer to the client.

1. Cancellation Policy

Projects can be cancelled within 48 hours of signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

2. Product Returns

Unused, undamaged materials and products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Service Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 30 days. We will assess the concern and, if valid, offer a re-service or partial refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

5. Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to consultation fees, custom design work already delivered, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
